The Role

Are you a driven Business Development Manager who can help us deliver our ambitious targets of building 3000 homes in the next 4 years? You’ll be using your knowledge and experience of the housing and construction sector to identify and capitalise on opportunities to achieve our overall strategy.

We’re looking for an individual who can proactively identify and appraise new business opportunities, building key relationships with developers, land owners, local authorities and other agencies to gain a competitive edge. You’ll be leading on contract negotiations, securing funding and finalising budget and cash flows, and then the effective and timely handover of projects to our Development Construction Team, ensuring that all relevant audit requirements for the pre-construction phase are completed.

You’ll have experience in managing and leading complex development projects, being someone who doesn’t shy away from ambitious targets and new challenges. We’re looking for a track record of using your relationship building skill to secure new business opportunities, as well as your understanding of construction contract law, planning and building regulations.
