The Role

Our customer focussed Quality & Customer Experience team has a great opportunity to join them as a Service Improvement Officer, working proactively with our customer facing teams to ensure we deliver excellent services. You’ll be identifying improvements in our services and processes to improve outcomes for customers.

Our ideal candidate? As a Service Improvement Officer, you will need to demonstrate analytical skills and experience of investigating data from different systems.  You will identify root causes to eliminate waste and produce high quality structured reports with recommendations and action plans to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will need to show a keen work-ethic and a drive for innovation and problem-solving.
