The Role

We’ve an exciting opportunity for a Dialler Income Officer to join our Income Team on a 6 month fixed-term basis. You’ll provide vital support to our Rent Payment Officers by being the first point of contact for customers via inbound & outbound telephone, email and SMS – you’ll be maximising our income whilst delivering an excellent service to our customers.

Our ideal candidate? We’re looking for a committed and customer focused individual, desirable with experience in social housing and/or negotiating and collecting debt/arrears. Key to success will be your excellent interpersonal skills, which you’ll use to quickly establish and maintain good working relationships with customers & stakeholders at all levels. Using your own initiative and organisational skills to resolve problems, you’ll be able to offer outstanding customer service whilst achieving set targets within agreed timescales.
