We are seeking Care and Support Workers to join our Retirement Living scheme Bushfield Court in Wolverhampton on full time and part time contracts working days, with various hours available.

You’ll be working within our Older Persons Services, offering person centred care and support to customers, promoting choice, independence and empowering them to live a fulfilled and active life.

You'll be responsible for assisting customers with medication and liaising with other professionals to support the customer’s health and wellbeing. Every customer is different with varying support requirements - you can therefore expect to deliver a range of care plans, some of which may involve personal care.
