The Role
Seeking a challenging yet fulfilling new role? We have exciting full time Support Worker opportunity available within Supported Living service, based at Firsbrook House in Wolverhampton.
As a Support Worker you will work as part of a friendly and highly professional team to provide provide a high quality housing related support service for all customers accessing the service. You will work closely with customers to identify and support them in accessing services that will allow them to address their individual issues and enable them to maximize their independence, with the over-all aim to enable them to move into more appropriate longer term accommodation.
Our ideal candidate? You'll have experience of working with customers with varying needs. We're looking for enthusiastic, flexible and dedicated individuals who are able to work on their own initiative. Key to this role is a people focused approach, with the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds effectively and diffuse any given situation.
