Do you have a passion for seeing your digital learning visions come to life? We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Digital Learning Manager to join our Talent team for 12 months, covering maternity leave.

You’ll be leading our digital learning programme by designing and developing engaging and innovative digital learning solutions, using your knowledge of graphic and web design principles. You’ll support organisational development initiatives and proactively identify trends to determine suitable solutions, contributing to achieving our ambitious strategy.

Our Digital Learning Assistant will report into you, you’ll motivate and coach them to achieve a high quality digital learning provision. Working together you’ll play a critical part of driving forward our Talent plan and the continuous improvement of our overall team in which digital learning solutions are key.

You’ll demonstrate your talent for creating learning materials with an impact, using a range of technologies including animation and video production, and experience a range of various authoring tools. Customer service will be at the centre of your role, you’ll be working collaboratively with stakeholders across our organisation to achieve high quality results, remaining resilient under pressure.
