The Role

We’re inviting two experienced Administrators to join as Business Record Co-ordination Officers, on 12 month fixed-term contracts.

Reporting to our Head of Quality and Customer Experience, these roles will support the maintenance of a single central point of record storage; developing and implementing processes and systems that keep our records accurate and up-to-date. Amongst other responsibilities you’ll actively enter and cleanse data on a daily basis, whilst responding to requests for access / changes to records from stakeholders across our organisation.

Our ideal candidates? You’ll be experienced in the use of document management / database systems, with a proven track record of effective data-management against challenging targets. As well as experience, we’re seeking a highly intelligent individual who enjoys using their own initiative to solve complex problems and queries. This will be coupled with a proactive approach to work, excellent organisation skills and an extremely keen eye for detail.
