The Role

We’ve an exciting opportunity for a Dialler Income Officer to join our Income Team on a 12 month fixed-term basis. You’ll provide vital support to our Rent Payment Officers by being the first point of contact for customers via inbound & outbound telephone, email and SMS – maximising our income whilst delivering an excellent service to our customers.

Using your own initiative and organisational skills to resolve problems, you’ll be able to offer outstanding customer service whilst achieving set targets within agreed timescales.
