Seeking a challenging yet fulfilling new role? If so we have an exciting Night Support Worker opportunity available within our Supported Living services. We have 25 hour per week post available, based at our Shoemaker Court service in Rushden, Northampton.

Shoemaker Court provides temporary accommodation for families in housing need.  In your role as Night Support Worker you will be a visible presence at the scheme that will ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of all our customers, visitors and contractors.  You will form part of a friendly, motivated team, working closely with Housing Officers and Support Workers, providing a high quality housing related support service for all customers accessing the service to allow them to address their individual issues and enable them to maximize their independence, with the over-all aim to enable them to move into more appropriate longer term accommodation.

This role does involve shift work including weekends and bank holidays and shifts and will also be rota based.

Our ideal candidate? You'll have experience of working with vulnerable customers with safeguarding experience. We're looking for enthusiastic, flexible and dedicated individuals who are able to work on their own initiative. Key to this role is a people focused approach, with the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds effectively and diffuse any given situation.
