Hours - 36 & 27 hours per week
We have exciting opportunities for Night Care & Support Workers to join our Berryhill Village Retirement scheme in Stoke-on-Trent (ST2 9RJ). We have 3 vacancies available, one role for 36 hours per week and two roles for 27 hours per week contacts available, allowing you to fit work around your lifestyle.
Our Night Care & Support Workers have highly rewarding roles within our Older Persons Services in which they provide a range of person centred care and support to customers - promoting choice, independence and empowering them to live a fulfilled and active life.
Joining our team, you’ll be responsible for a range of care delivery including assisting customers with medication and liaising with other professionals to support customer health and wellbeing. Every customer is different with varying support requirements - you can therefore expect to deliver a range of care plans, some of which may involve personal care.
