The Role

We have exciting opportunities for a Bank Care & Support Worker to join our Berryhill Village Retirement scheme in Stoke-on-Trent (ST2 9RJ). This is a casual post allowing you to fit work around your lifestyle.

Our Bank Care & Support Workers have highly rewarding roles within our Older Persons Services in which they provide a range of person centred care and support to customers - promoting choice, independence and empowering them to live a fulfilled and active life.

Joining our team, you’ll be responsible for a range of care delivery including assisting customers with medication and liaising with other professionals to support customer health and wellbeing. Every customer is different with varying support requirements - you can therefore expect to deliver a range of care plans, some of which may involve personal care.
