We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scheme Manager to join our Lime Gardens retirement living scheme in Halesowen. You’ll be responsible for delivery excellent customer service, supporting the staff and customers, and keeping the finances for the scheme on track.

This is a role where no two days will be the same, you’ll need to be a proactive manager working with your staff to continuously review the service ensuring high quality, contributing to strategic aims being met. You’ll be working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.

Our ideal candidate? The keys to success in this role are great people skills, with a passion and enthusiasm for delivering quality services to vulnerable people. As well as being a people person, you’ll also be business focussed with the ability to improve the service we offer to our customers.

The ability to lead and motivate your team to success is essential, and being able to empower and support them through change. You’ll have knowledge of working with older people and the challenges faced, and experience of housing management.
