The Role

Do you have extensive knowledge of the supported services environment and a desire to take up a new high-profile interim challenge? If so, we invite you to apply for our Head of Supported Living position – a superb opportunity to lead a high quality homelessness, inclusion and supported living service for our leading housing association on an interim basis until October 2019.

You’ll work closely with our Director of Retirement Living & Care Services to develop and lead the delivery of strategies that structure the services currently in our portfolio. Using your strong stakeholder management and communication skills, you’ll support colleagues across our organisation to adapt to and recognise the importance of evolving our supported living offering to more effectively deliver our contracted outcomes.

You’ll be bold and embrace change - with the ability to identify opportunities to strengthen our position as a sector leading landlord and the extensive knowledge and experience of supported living required to strategically align our services to achieve this. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to provide strong leadership to ensure the continuous improvement of services.
