The Role

If you’ve a background in administration and are seeking a fresh and varied challenge then look no further! We’re seeking a Development Coordinator to coordinate and perform a variety of tasks in support of our Development Team as it delivers our ambitious Housing Development Programme.

You’ll support our financial performance and monitoring by providing accurate cash flow and Business Plan data to the Finance Department on a regular basis and producing and maintaining financial reports. Utilising your keen eye for detail, you’ll compile accurate development programme information, sharing this both internally and externally to Homes England and local authority partners.

You’ll also be responsible for a range of administrative duties including assisting in the production of board reports, maintaining filing and ensuring records are kept up to date, as well as collating information for performance indicators and other statistical reports.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll possess minimum grade C GCSE in Maths and English, with strong previous experience of providing a full range of administrative support in an organised and efficient manner. Strong numeracy skills, an understanding of financial information and a keen eye for accuracy and detail are essential. You’ll demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels via email, face-to-face and over the phone to provide an excellent customer service. Importantly, you’ll be IT literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
