The Role

We have a great opportunity for a Bank Reception Concierge to join our supported living scheme at Oasis House, in Northampton, on a casual basis.

Oasis House is a service that offers temporary accommodation to homeless people with support needs in Northampton. There are 39 self-contained apartments plus 9 emergency units including three dog kennels available for customers.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and keen individual who is able to work on their own initiative. You will be able to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and have the unique ability to diffuse any given situation within your role. You will provide concierge duties including, reception and you will be a visible presence at the scheme ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all our customers, visitors and contractors. You will form part of a friendly, motivated team, working closely with your colleagues to address and resolve any issues that are identified.

We are looking for someone who can deal with people in an assertive, fair and consistent manner, who is able to use their initiative and work well with others.
