The Role

This is a challenging role tasked with providing appropriate support to a diverse customer group facing the challenges of homelessness. You will work with men and women over the age of 18, delivering support and access to services that enable us to support people with a range of needs including mental health, offending behaviour as well as drug and alcohol use.

The Person

The Apprentice Support Worker is a key role within the team. We are therefore looking for someone with strength of character, energy and great ideas who can enhance what we do through their enthusiasm and passion for our residents. The successful candidate will be working a rota of shifts with 4 days in work and then 4 days off. This will mean some evening and weekend working.
