The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Bank Care & Support Worker to join our Brunel Court Retirement Living scheme based in Wombourne. These roles are offered on a casual relief basis, allowing you to fit working hours around your lifestyle.

Our Bank Care & Support Workers have highly rewarding roles within our Older Persons Services in which they provide a range of person centred care and support to customers - promoting choice, independence and empowering them to live a fulfilled and active life.

Joining our team, you’ll be responsible for a range of care delivery including assisting customers with medication and liaising with other professionals to support customer health and wellbeing. Every customer is different with varying support requirements - you can therefore expect to deliver a range of care plans, some of which may involve personal care.
