The Role

We're seeking people focused, committed and positive individuals with customer service experience to join Midland Heart’s Customer Hub - a high energy, award winning department which delivers the best possible customer service experience to around 70,000 tenants and customers across the Midlands.  

Working within a highly professional and supportive environment, as a member of either the Repairs or Housing Management team you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers via digital contact or by phone.
  • Take ownership and ensure first time resolution for a variety of customer queries.
  • Provide a first class customer service, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Work well within and contribute to a positive team environment.

What’s on offer? We’re looking to fill a number of full-time, permanent Customer Service positions currently available, as well as the potential to offer a number of temporary or annualised hours vacancies. However, if we identify more fantastic talent than we have roles available for, we’ll keep in touch in the hope of offering you a position in the near future.
