The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Willowfields Retirement Living Scheme, in Dudley, for a Team Leader on a fixed term / secondment basis until March 2020 .
The Role
As a Team Leader, you will be working within our Older Persons Service as part of a team, offering person centred care and support to customers based on their individual risks and needs. Your role will be to participate with the day to day running of the scheme in the absence of the manager. You will participate in promoting the scheme's services within the local community.
The Person
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, who has a passion for delivering a very high quality of care. Must have a solid understanding of the CQC domiciliary care standards.
