The Role

We’re seeking a Service Desk Analyst to contribute to the ongoing success of our Technology Team and support our organisation to achieve its ambitious corporate objectives. Working as part of the Service Desk Team, this role is crucial to providing an effective first and second line support covering colleague equipment and business systems.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, responsibilities will include but aren’t limited to:

• Providing a high quality service including the logging, updating, progressing and resolving service requests from colleagues and contractors; with the aim of  meeting or exceeding defined SLA’s and KPI’s at all times. 
• Carry out administrative tasks to maintain integrity of central systems such as AD and asset registers. 
• Ordering, configuring and shipping equipment to colleagues whilst keeping asset registers up to date.

Our ideal candidate? This is a customer-facing role which requires exceptional customer service, communication and problem solving abilities. Candidates should possess ITIL Service Management Foundation Certificate (or equivalent experience) and Microsoft training in Windows 7/8/10 administration and support. To ensure the delivery of a high quality first line support service, a knowledge of IT hardware and software including line of business applications, desktop applications, telephony and networks is a must.
