The Role

Are you passionate about communities? Do you have proven experience in managing or coordinating large change initiatives or projects? 

If so we want to hear from you as we’re seeking an Intervention Manager to ensure that our Housing Management related projects meet objectives on time and on budget. This newly created role will support the delivery of our new Corporate Plan by co-ordinating activity and supporting the operational teams to deliver identified actions at our intervention schemes. You’ll work closely with and support Housing and Asset Management Service Leads to define the benefits, assess progress and achieve measured improvements in business operations – all of which will be targeted with creating more balanced sustainable communities and ensuring that providing an excellent service is at the forefront of our priorities.

Success in this role will rely on your ability to focus on the benefits that operational changes and interventions deliver for customers, colleagues and key stakeholders alike. You’ll therefore be tasked with creating and implementing change management plans that minimise stakeholder resistance and maximise their engagement.

Our ideal candidates? We’re keen to meet change or project management qualified individuals with hands-on experience of applying project and change management principles, methodologies and tools to successfully deliver change initiatives. Stakeholder management and the ability to build strong working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders is essential. You’ll therefore demonstrate excellent communication skills and solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process required to   influence others and secure ‘buy-in’.
