The Role

We have exciting opportunities for Night Care & Support Workers to join our James Beattie Retirement Living Scheme based in Wolverhampton. We have 27 and 16 hours per week contacts available, allowing you to fit work around your lifestyle.

Our Night Care & Support Workers have highly rewarding roles within our Older Persons Services in which they provide a range of person centred care and support to customers - promoting choice, independence and empowering them to live a fulfilled and active life.

Joining our team, you’ll be responsible for a range of care delivery including assisting customers with medication and liaising with other professionals to support customer health and wellbeing. Every customer is different with varying support requirements - you can therefore expect to deliver a range of care plans, some of which may involve personal care.

As a Night Care & Support Worker you’ll also have some domestic responsibilities, ensuring the scheme’s communal areas are clean and tidy, ready for the next day’s activities.
