The Role
Do you want to play a valuable role in the day-to-day life of a vibrant retirement living scheme? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Village Caretaker to join our Berryhill Retirement Village based in Stoke-on-Trent.
This is a varied role responsible for the maintenance of the village’s communal areas and gardens - ensuring they are tidy, safe and pleasant places for our residents to spend their time. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to roll your sleeves up and carry out minor maintenance work to housing stock as required and chat to residents whilst doing so! You will also be responsible for managing the quality of environmental service contract delivery such as window cleaning and grounds maintenance to ensure work is carried out to the level our residents expect.
