The Role

We have exciting opportunities for Night Care & Support Workers to join our Coventry based Retirement Living schemes. There are a number of contracts available across the following locations:

  • Bevan Court, Montalt Road, CV3 5JB
  • Poppy Court, Futures Walk, CV3 3DN
  • Princethorpe Court, Princethorpe Way, CV3 2SJ
  • Willowbrook, Glebe Close, CV4 8DJ

Joining our team, you’ll be responsible for a range of care delivery including assisting customers with medication and liaising with other professionals to support customer health and wellbeing. Every customer is different with varying support requirements - you can therefore expect to deliver a range of care plans, some of which may involve personal care.

As a Night Care & Support Worker you’ll also have some domestic responsibilities, ensuring the scheme’s communal areas are clean and tidy, ready for the next day’s activities.
