The Role

We have exciting opportunities for Care & Support Workers to join our Coventry based Retirement Living schemes. There are a number of contracts available, offering various hours to fit your lifestyle across the following locations:

  • Bevan Court, Montalt Road, CV3 5JB
  • Poppy Court, Futures Walk, CV3 3DN
  • Princethorpe Court, Princethorpe Way, CV3 2SJ
  • Willowbrook, Glebe Close, CV4 8DJ

Our Care & Support Workers have highly rewarding roles within our Older Persons Services in which they provide a range of person centred care and support to customers - promoting choice, independence and empowering them to live a fulfilled and active life.

Joining our team, you’ll be responsible for a range of care delivery including assisting customers with medication and liaising with other professionals to support customer health and wellbeing. Every customer is different with varying support requirements - you can therefore expect to deliver a range of care plans, some of which may involve personal care.
