We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered CQC Scheme Manager to join our Retirement Living scheme at St Crispin Retirement Village in Northampton . You will ensure the support needs of residents are met, assist and monitor their general welfare, as well as promote their safety, independence and happiness.

The keys to success in this role are great people skills, with a passion and enthusiasm for delivering quality services to vulnerable people. As well as being a people person, you’ll also be business focussed with the ability to improve and enhance the service we offer to our customers.

The ability to lead your team to success is essential. You’ll have knowledge or previous experience of working with older people, an understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable people with care and support needs, and how those needs may be met in line with regulatory and contractual requirements.

We are a large and ambitious housing organisation providing more people an affordable place to call home. We welcome people from every walk of life, at every stage of their career. We expect a lot from our people but in return you can be assured of a great place to work, where you will be well rewarded and where great people are able to succeed.  Whether you want to build your career with us, or use your experience to move on, we’re here to develop your potential.

This is a demanding role and there will be a lot to deliver within a relatively short period.  If you are up for the challenge and want to work in an environment where you will be empowered, trusted and supported to succeed then we’d love to hear from you.
