The Role
We have great opportunities for Night Care and Support Workers to join our St Dominic's Court Retirement Living Scheme, based in Stoke-on-Trent.
The Role
You’ll be working within our Older Persons Services, offering person centred care and support to customers, promoting choice, independence and empowering them to live a fulfilled and active life.
You'll be responsible for assisting customers with medication and liaising with other professionals to support the customer’s health and wellbeing. Every customer is different with varying support requirements - you can therefore expect to deliver a range of care plans. Night shift duties include the cleaning of communal areas and the delivery of personal care.
The hours available are as follows:
- 1 x 22 hours per week contract
- 1 x 25.6 hours per week contract
The Person
It goes without saying that you’ll be a people person, with the passion and enthusiasm for delivering quality services to vulnerable people. You’ll be able to demonstrate empathy whilst enabling people to maximise their independence.
