The Role

We’re forward thinking organisation driven by ambitious plans for our future stock investment. We’re therefore seeking an equally ambitious Data Analyst to inform our stock investment strategy by managing our stock Investment Keystone database; providing vital Data Analysis for the forecasting of our long term stock investment plans and programmes over the next 5-30 years.

With management responsibility for an Assistant Data Analyst, you will lead in the development and delivery of the Stock Condition Survey (SCS) Programme, proactively engaging with Asset Management Surveying team to ensure that stock condition data is collected and maintained in a value adding strategic and targeted manner.

Our ideal candidate? You should hold a HND/Degree or equivalent qualification or possess significant experience in undertaking a Data Analyst role. Strong financial acumen including a knowledge of component accounting differentiation between revenue, capital streams and budgetary control are essential as is the ability to ability to use Business Objects/SQL.
