The Role

We’re seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor to undertake key building surveys across our 33,000 unit mixed property portfolio. The condition of our homes has a direct impact on customer satisfaction and value for money. This role will have play a key role in positively impacting both of these areas, by conducting and reporting findings on condition and energy performance surveys, whilst support the wider Assets team in delivering maintenance services in a timely, cost effective, customer focused and safe manner in line with legislative requirements.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll hold a recognised building / M&E or supervisory site management related qualification, or equivalent level of expertise demonstrated through significant work experience. Essential to this role is demonstrable experience of delivering key building surveys including stock condition and energy performance audit (EPC).
