We’re seeking 2 x Contract Delivery Surveyors to support and manage the delivery of a high quality contracted Landlord Compliance (Asbestos, Legionella, TMVs, Lifts) repairs and installation services - ensuring that challenging operational objectives and KPIs are achieved in a legislatively compliant, timely, cost effective and customer focused manner at all times.

Working closely with the wider Midland Heart team and contractors, you’ll be passionate about achieving compliance performance with a proven track record of achieving targets for respective contracts; relishing the opportunity to gain value for money whilst ensuring customers are provided with a seamless high quality service.

Who are Midland Heart? We’re a large and ambitious housing organisation providing more people with an affordable place to call home. We are improving our core landlord services, which includes ensuring that our asset management strategy continues to provide excellent value for money across our 33,000 unit mixed property portfolio. We’ll achieve this through hiring the best people who share our vision and values.

Our ideal candidates? You’ll hold a recognised building / M&E or supervisory site management related qualification, or equivalent level of expertise demonstrated through significant work experience. We’re seeking technically strong individuals with the knowledge of quality standards, building regulations and planning requirements needed to identify building defects and their remedies. Joining a people focussed organisation, it goes without saying that you’ll be a team player with excellent communication skills and a can do attitude.
