The Role

We’re seeking 3 x Contract Managers to spearhead the effective management and delivery of a range of installation, maintenance and repair services through the contracted supply chain; ensuring that they are delivered in a timely, cost effective, customer focused and safe manner in line with legislative requirements, contract SLAs and KPIs. Each of the 3 contract managers will be responsible for one of the following areas:

  • Contract Manager - Electrical Compliance - Fire, Security & Life Safety Systems and EICR Compliance.
  • Contract Manager – Gas  - Compliance, Repairs and Installations for domestic and commercial gas installations.
  • Contract Manager - Fire & Electrical Repairs & Installations - Fire, Security & Life Safety Systems Repairs and Installations.

These role are exciting opportunities to manage a small, highly professional team of Contract Delivery Surveyors with responsibility for driving their performance and development - providing expertise, coaching and other developmental support as required to ensure a high quality service is provided at all times.

Our ideal candidates? As well as holding or be working towards a relevant professional qualification, you’ll be educated to HNC or equivalent and/or possess significant technical experience in construction or maintenance related contract management. You’ll possess knowledge across a range of areas including Contract Law, construction, fire safety, Gas, Electrical health & safety, fire safety and CDM. Importantly you will be an excellent people manager, with a proven ability to lead and motivate your team to achieve challenging targets and objectives.
