The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for two Technical Maintenance Surveyors to join our Property Care Team based at Booth Street, Birmingham. This dynamic role is responsible for the effective management of a multi-disciplined team of Trade Operatives, Contractors and self-employed operatives, conducting responsive repairs and voids maintenance within the Birmingham Central area.

It goes without saying that you’ll have excellent supervisory and technical ability, with good knowledge of maintenance sector quality standards, building regulations and planning requirements. You’ll possess good construction knowledge, including Health & Safety legislation, fire safety, CDM Regulations and have proven experience of financial and budgetary control.
