The Role
We are now seeking Bank Care and Support Workers to work on a casual relief basis at our Terryspring Court Retirement Living scheme, based in Redditch.
The Role
You’ll be working within our Older Persons Services, offering person centred care and support to customers; promoting choice, independence and empowering them to live a fulfilled and active life.
You'll be responsible for assisting customers with medication and liaising with other professionals to support the customer’s health and wellbeing. Every customer is different with varying support requirements - you can therefore expect to deliver a range of care plans, some of which may involve personal care.
Please be advised that, if covering a night shift, you will also be responsible for a range of domestic duties.

It goes without saying that you’ll be a people person, with the passion and enthusiasm for delivering quality services to vulnerable people. You’ll be able to demonstrate empathy whilst enabling people to maximise their independence.
