The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an established and professional Resourcing Advisor to join our in-house Resourcing team on a fixed term basis to March 2020. This dynamic role will support the delivery of our People Strategy through proactive, solution focussed and insights driven sourcing of Talent for the business.

As an in-house recruiter you will take responsibility for all levels and types of recruitment, independently driving the planning, co-ordination and delivery of recruitment campaigns. You will provide guidance to Hiring Managers on attraction strategies for individual vacancies, coach them on selection approaches and recruitment best practise.

You will be a people person, with a passion and enthusiasm for delivering a quality resourcing service to our stakeholders. As well as being a people person, you’ll also be business focussed with the ability to engage, influence and manage expectations of a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

You will be a skilled and practised Recruiter, with experience of working with multiple stakeholders across a wide geography. You’ll be effective at campaign design, a proficient planner and coordinator with an outstanding commitment to a great candidate experience.

We are a large and ambitious housing organisation providing more people an affordable place to call home. We welcome people from every walk of life, at every stage of their career. We expect a lot from our people but in return you can be assured of a great place to work, where you will be well rewarded and where great people are able to succeed.  Whether you want to build your career with us, or use your experience to move on, we’re here to develop your potential.

This is a demanding role and there will be a lot to deliver within a relatively short period.  If you are up for the challenge and want to work in an environment where you will be empowered, trusted and supported to succeed then we’d love to hear from you.

To apply please register on our candidate portal and submit a detailed CV setting out your career history with a cover letter of no more than 2 pages which clearly explains how you think you meet the requirements of this role and which demonstrates your career achievements.

For an informal conversation about the role please contact Craig Knapper, Resourcing Business Partner on 07785501365.

Closing date for receipt of applications is 5pm on Thursday 18th October 2018.

Interviews and assessments will be held on 26th October 2018.
