The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Team Leaders to join Midland Heart's St Crispin Retirement Village based in Northampton.
The Role
As a Team Leader you will be working within our Older Persons Service, offering person centred care and support to customers based on their individual risks and needs. As well as providing care, your role will be to participate with the day to day running of the scheme in the absence of the manager, whilst promoting the scheme's services within the local community.
Contracts available are as follows:
1 x 30 hours per week
1 x 15 hours per week
The Person
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, who has a passion for delivering a very high quality of care. You must have a solid understanding of the CQC domiciliary care standards.
