The Role
We have opportunities for two Team Leaders to join Midland Heart's St Crispin Retirement Village based in Northampton.
Our Team Leaders have highly rewarding roles within our Older Persons Services in which they provide a range of person centred care and support to customers - promoting choice, independence and empowering them to live a fulfilled and active life.
As well as providing care, contribute to the day to day running of the scheme in the absence of the manager whilst promoting the scheme's services within the local community.
Contracts available are as follows:
- 1 x 30 hours per week - £19,171 per annum
- 1 x 15 hours per week - £9,585 per annum
Our ideal candidate? We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should have a passion for delivering a very high quality of care and a solid understanding of the CQC domiciliary care standards.
