With line-management of a highly professional, customer facing team, key responsibilities include:

  • Reducing avoidable contact from customers through appropriate advice, support and encouragement.
  • Providing a proactive estate management service to remove or mitigate hazards that present a risk of harm to residents, damage to our assets or negative perceptions about the place.
  • Providing professional & timely interventions to resolve tenancy breaches and reduce the risks of tenancy failures - helping customers to sustain their tenancies.

This role will be based at either New Walk, Leicester or Coventry Foyer, Coventry. Your region of responsibility will be Leicestershire down to Milton Keynes and the across to Stoke-on-Trent.  You will also be expected to attend a reasonable number of meetings in Birmingham.
