The Role
We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Supported Living service St Eugene's Court in Birmingham.
As a Team Leader, your purpose will be to manage a Team, to provide high quality support to customers in identified areas of need, enabling them to maintain or access permanent accommodation.
St Eugene’s Court is a supported housing scheme for single men, primarily aged 21 or over. We offer Supporting People funded housing related support to enable people to move towards independent living.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with vulnerable adults, either gained through employment or voluntary work, demonstrate empathy, passion and commitment to the needs and aspirations of this client group, and manage challenging situations around safeguarding adults.
