The Role

Midland Heart has an exciting 12-month secondment opportunity for a Shared Ownership Sales and Single Unit Disposals Officer to join our Single Units Disposals department within our Sales Team.

This role may be based at either in Coventry or at Bath Row offices, location to be discussed at interview.

Although the role states both positions of the Sales & SUD’s Officer this role is to work as our Sales Officer but encompasses the SUD’s position to cover as and when required ie: covering annual leave.

The position is initially offered on a 12-month fixed term basis with the possibility of an extension and/or be made permanent beyond this.

You will support the Sales & Marketing Manager and The Programme Manager in implementing all duties within our shared ownership sales and single unit disposals programme, as well as conducting all administration with regard to sales of Shared Ownership, Extra Care & Disposal Properties. This will involve providing a complete range of duties, which require strong organisational, communication and inter-personal skills in order to complete tasks within strict deadlines.
