The Role

We now have fantastic opportunities for bank Support Workers to join our schemes at James Bagnall House (West Bromwich) or Rolfe House (Smethwick). These schemes provide temporary accommodation for homeless people with support needs. We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible individuals who are able to work on their own initiative. You'll be able to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and have the unique ability to diffuse any given situation.

The role will involve providing practical, emotional and cognitive support to help our customers achieve their goals, working closely with referring agents, ensuing that the service is allocated promptly. You will undertake risk and needs assessments and support planning in relation to all customers and to actively review and monitor these with customers. This role does involve shift work including weekends and bank holidays.
