The Role
We have a great opportunity for a Sales Adviser to join our Home Options Team at Midland Heart. You will be the main point of contact for our customers looking to purchase a property.
You’ll have great people skills, with a passion and enthusiasm for delivering an excellent customer experience. You will need to have ability and drive to turn customer enquiries into property sales. Therefore, we are seeking an individual who has previous property sales experience.
The Sales Adviser is required to achieve reservation and exchange of contracts of our Shared Ownership, Rent to Home Buy (occasionally off-plan).
The role requires the post holder to cover a regional area, you must have a full clean driving licence and have your own car for business use.
