The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Housing Management Assistant to join our Housing Management Team based at Booth Street, Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a high quality and professional housing management service that meets the needs and aspirations of our customers and contributes towards the wider business objectives of Midland Heart.

Reporting to a Housing Management Team Leader, your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to service teams including, Place Officers, Rangers and estate based staff.
  • Support a professional tenancy service responding to customer service requests that could not be resolved at first point of contact.
  • Support Place Officers in delivering professional and timely interventions to resolve tenancy breaches, before they pose a risk of harm to others, cause damage to our assets or result in tenancy failure.
  • To support the Place Officers in providing a proactive estate management service to remove or mitigate hazards that present a risk of harm to residents, damage to our assets or negative perceptions about our properties.
