Salary - 19,102 per annum

Hours - 35 hours per week

We’re seeking a highly efficient and organised individual capable of providing a comprehensive administrative support service to our Income team. This is a key role which will work closely with Rent Officers to ensure Midland Heart’s all important customer service standards and values are met at all times. The support you will provide includes the management of the Universal Credit in-box and landlord portal to answer queries in a timely manner, the setting up and ending tenancies on Northgate as well has the production and payment of invoices.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who can demonstrate an attention to detail and a right first time approach to work, in addition to having the ability to work as a team and on their own initiative to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
