The Role
We are looking for two Chef's with passion and drive to join our Retirement Living Scheme, Willowbrook in Coventry.
We have one 30 hours a week post, also one 18 hours a week post, please state which you are interested in.
The Role
As a Chef you are required to provide a comprehensive catering service to the scheme, working both under instruction as well as independently. You will be responsible for menu planning and food preparation specific to scheme requirements, communicating all changes with the Catering Manager.
We are looking for people who:
- Have experience of working in catering services.
- Have a Food Safety Level 2 qualification – or must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
- Are confident in operating a basic till and cash handling.
- Are highly motivated to develop self and others for consistent quality service delivery.
- Have a sufficient knowledge of HAACP and implementation.
