The Role
We’re seeking a Resource Planner to work within the Property Care Team. This is an opportunity to join Midland Heart’s in-house Maintenance Team ‘Property Care’, who provide responsive and void property repairs to over 11,600 properties within the Birmingham area. We’re looking for individuals who can show care and consideration for our customers and can deliver the work to a high standard.
To meet the brief you must:
- Be a dynamic thinker, who strives under pressure and has the ability to manage/ prioritise a large and varied work load, with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Have prior experience of working with Total Repairs, DRS and Northgate, with a good knowledge of the National Housing Federation Version 6 Schedule of Rates being advantageous.
This post will be based from our Head Office in Birmingham City Centre.
