The Role
We have great opportunity for a Care and Support Worker to join our Retirement Living scheme Lime Gardens in Halesowen.
The Role
You'll be working within our Older Persons Services, offering person centred care and support to customers. Promoting choice, independence and empowering them to live a fulfilled and active life.
Responsible for assisting customers with medication and liaising with other professionals to support the customer’s health and wellbeing. Every customer is different and some might need more care than others. Therefore, this role will include the possibility of delivering personal care.
The Person
It goes without saying that you’ll be a people person, with the passion and enthusiasm for delivering quality services to vulnerable people. You’ll be able to demonstrate empathy whilst enabling people to maximise their independence.
