Salary - 21,221 per annum

Hours - 35 hours per week


We're seeking a people focused, committed and positive Customer Services Officer to join us on a fixed-term contract until January 2019. Working as part of a highly professional and supportive customer services team, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers, primarily through phone calls but also through digital methods and face to face if required.
  • Have the ability to take ownership and ensure first time resolution for a variety of customer calls.
  • Provide a first class customer service, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Work well within and contribute to a postive team environment.
