The Role

Are you a financial systems savvy accountant with experience or knowledge of project work? Are you capable of fostering a culture of continuous improvement - ensuring that our financial systems are providing the information we require to shape and drive our all-important corporate strategy?

We’re seeking a Financial Systems Coordinator to, amongst other responsibilities: 

  • Ensure that existing and proposed Finance Systems meet the needs of users; working with them to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Act as Finance Systems support on cross functional projects; improving the quality of our financial data, the integration between systems and the efficiency of associated business processes.
  • Manage a schedule of projects that impact Finance; ensuring any work undertaken on processes is considered in the context of the wider system and process architecture.

This is an ideal role for a technical strong part/fully qualified accountant, who already possesses a knowledge or experience of financial systems administration / implementation and is motivated by process improvement and streamlining systems in a changing environment. Internal and external stakeholder management and communication skills are essential to maintain relationships between Finance, its associated systems and their interfaces, and their support providers.
