We have a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice Outreach Worker to join our homeless services team based at St Eugene’s Court, Birmingham central.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their career and relish the chance to earn while they learn in a supportive environment.

We are looking for you if you:

• Have a positive attitude to customer services and are flexible within the requirements of the role.
• Have an understanding of the causes of homelessness and how these can be addressed
• Have an insight into managing challenging situations
