The Role

The Role

We have exciting opportunities for Housing Management Team Leaders in our Customer Hub and People Teams. You will be part of a wider team of team leaders taking responsibility for the day to day running of the Housing Management team, providing an efficient and customer focussed housing management service. The Hub respond to a variety of tenancy management issues at first point of contact with the People Team tackling anti-social behaviour, safeguarding and tenancy fraud issues.

Both vacancies are based in Birmingham but the People Team leader will be managing a dispersed team covering the South and East Midlands areas. Please specify in your application which of the vacancies you are interested in.

The Person

The post holders will have strong leadership skills with proven experience of leading and managing staff. Possess a passion and track record for delivering high quality customer services alongside service improvements.
